My name is Kymbre (pronounced Kim-bree). I am currently a Communication Design student at Texas Tech University, where I am absorbing, developing, learning, and experiencing as much as I can in my wonderfully small design community before I go out into the broad design realm. Coming into Graphic Design, I had no idea what I was doing and now it's safe to say - I've fallen in love..

A few arbitrary things I love: I love spending hours discovering new up-and-coming designers and their work. I also love spending hours in the library, specifically browsing vintage books filled with notorious past designers. I love big and bold type and I also love small and delicate type. My taste is pretty extensive; I am constantly and endlessly inspired by what's around me. I love collecting inspiring images/objects and have a hard time throwing anything away when I feel like I can use it later - I am truly my grandfather's granddaughter in my packrat ways. I love food. I devour chocolate. I love organizing, but am easily distracted during the process. I love subtle comedy and sarcasm. I love camping in the mountains. I love warm rain in the summer more than any other type of weather. I obviously love the word "love." I love listening to people. And I will probably love you. If you give me food. Preferably chocolate.
